The Website provides general information about Useful Automation, our services, representative work, and ways to contact or book a meeting with us. Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not create a client relationship, consulting engagement, partnership, or obligation to provide services.

Any consulting, automation, software development, workflow analysis, AI implementation, catalog automation, or related professional services are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, order form, or other contract signed or accepted by the parties. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written client agreement, the separate client agreement controls for the paid services it covers.

You may use the Website to submit an inquiry or schedule a meeting. You agree that information you submit will be accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submitting a form or booking a meeting does not guarantee that we will accept a project, provide services, or enter into a business relationship.

Our contact forms are processed by Formspree and our booking flow uses Calendly. Your use of those embedded or linked services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy notices.

The Website, including its text, design, graphics, logos, images, code, and other materials, is owned by Useful Automation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Website for your own informational and business evaluation purposes. “Useful Automation” and related branding are trade names, trademarks, or service marks of WIQ'D INC. Other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Website may belong to their respective owners.
